Adolescence is a time of rapid growth — emotionally, mentally, socially — and can bring big challenges. Our Adolescence Counseling service is designed to support teens as they navigate the pressures of school, social life, identity, family dynamics, and emotional changes.

What to expect:

  • Safe, empathetic space to talk about stress, identity issues, peer/family relationships, self-esteem, and emotional health.
  • Evidence-based talk therapy (for example, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy) tailored to adolescents.
  • Support in building coping skills, emotional regulation, healthy communication, and resilience.
  • Collaboration with parents/guardians (when appropriate) to ensure a supportive environment beyond therapy sessions.
  • A judgment-free, confidential space where teens are heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

This service helps teens navigate common challenges — such as depression, anxiety, peer pressure, grief, identity struggles, or family conflict — and build a strong foundation for healthy mental wellbeing and adulthood.
