Hello! Thank you for visiting Kryskay Psychiatry and taking the time to learn more about our practice. I have a passion for service and preventative care so I gravitated toward a career path in nursing. And while I have worked in different nursing capacities, I realized I could be more impactful in helping people in a provider role so I chose to advance my studies as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Mental health has always been associated with stigma. This stigma is largely shared worldwide, and my goal is to try and dispel the untruths surrounding mental health one person at a time. At Kryskay, your mental health, physical health, and well-being are our priorities. My goal is to give you my undivided attention, listen to you, understand you, empathize with you, and assist you in achieving your optimal state of well-being. In my practice, you won’t be just another number. Each visit will be with me, with no time spent in a crowded waiting room.
